Curriculum Sale Exhibitor Information
2021 ushered in a new format for the FWAHS Resource Expo. Over the past 5-10 years, event competition and online retail trends have directed FWAHS to narrow its exposition focus to put greater emphasis on LOCAL resource providers. These trends and the continued growth and popularity of our annual Used Curriculum Sale has resulted in a NEW COMBINED EVENT that merges the curriculum resources made available for sale by the local home educators with an exposition of LOCAL organizations and resource providers representing the NUMEROUS opportunities that are available to the Home Schools of the Fort Wayne Area. As a local organization, I would again like to present you with the opportunity to be an exhibitor at our upcoming event!
The 2022 FWAHS Summer Expo & Used Curriculum Sale will be held:
MONDAY, JUNE 20th from 9AM-NOON

This is a fantastic opportunity to share information about your organization with our local home school community. The used curriculum sale consistently draws 200-300 participants (even during the pandemic), and we anticipate even stronger participation this year as more families have considered or have chosen to homeschool over the past year. The fee to exhibit at the Summer Expo is only $60 with each exhibitor being responsible for the setup and teardown of their display tables the day of the event. We require that exhibitors provide their own display table (chairs will be provided) and given that our exposition space is limited, we ask that each exhibitor bring no more than 1 table for their allotted display space. Included with your $60 registration, we will accept up to 200 pieces of print/promotional materials to be included in resource packets that will be distributed to attendees of the Summer Expo and other FWAHS sponsored events planned throughout the remainder of 2022. In addition, and regardless of participation in the resource packets, your organization will be recognized as a "FWAHS Resource Partner" in upcoming issues of our quarterly newsletter (The Homemade News) that is distributed to over 250 subscriber households. Optionally, for a reduced fee of $40 you may participate ONLY as a Resource Packet Sponsor and also be featured as a "FWAHS Resource Partner" in The Homemade News.
To lock in your space or confirm your participation as a Resource Packet Sponsor, please return the application form attached to this message no later than Saturday, May 21st. If you choose to be included in our Resource Packets, please also provide up to 200 pieces of your print/promotional material no later than Monday, June 6th by sending the items to:

As always, 100% of the proceeds from the summer Expo are utilized to directly fund activities and programming for homeschooling families throughout Fort Wayne and northeastern Indiana.
